 Took a mock today and we looked at mr.rease’s old facebook lmao .

 Wasn’t in class today but I’m assuming we did something important , had a dentist appointment :) .

 Today we got our feedback for our synthesis essay and to make a long story short i seem to suck at formulating essay's . I can take criticism when i deserve it i did , i flat out missed on this one its cool tho . I suck at writing and sort of kept getting stuck on this one . I learned a lot from the comments though , gave me alot of insight on what i have to improve on .

 Light day today quick review and we did a rhetorical analysis assignment in ap classroom .

Today we did a walk through of a rhetorical essay and how to correctly write one following the correct steps he gave in the powerpoint .Reviewed some of our rhetorical devices as well .  

 Nothing much today , We did our Synthesis Essay .

  Today Mr.Rease Elaborated more on some of the more unknown rhetorical devices that we may have never seen or heard of . The five new rhetorical devices we learned today we're Understatement which is less than one would normally expect , Litotes which is ironic understatement in which an affirmative is expressed by the negative of its contrary , Antithesis which is    a proposition that contrasts with or reverses some previously mentioned proposition , Hypophora which is  figure of speech in which a writer raises a question, and then immediately provides an answer to that question , and a Rhetorical Question is  a question asked in order to create a dramatic effect or to make a point rather than to get an answer.

 Today we did an infinite campus check for the bellringer , Mr.Rease talked to us about checking ourselves when it comes to our grades and where we are as students . Today we also learned about rhetorical analysis . Rhetorical Analysis is Writing that separates the content (what the passage is about) from the methods (rhetorical strategies) used to successfully convey that content.
